OUR TECHNOLOGY

Technological Strength and R&D Capabilities

The company's technical team is led by a professor from the School of Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University, while the management and marketing teams each possess over twenty years of experience in the food industry. The company has established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with institutions of higher education, such as Jiangnan University, and several large-scale food enterprises. This forms an integrated "industry-university-research" development model, building a solid technological think tank and innovation system.

 

The project occupies a total area of approximately 30 mu (about 20,000 square meters), with planned construction of factory and office buildings covering about 17,000 square meters:

  • Phase I factory building area: 7,640.51 square meters. All supporting facilities, including water, electricity, and fire protection, have been completed and put into operation.

  • Phase II production plant and office building area: 8,853.24 square meters, completed in December 2023.

 

Upon full project completion:

  • Initial production capacity: 8,000 tons of breadcrumbs and 6,000 tons of batter mix per year.

  • Later-stage comprehensive capacity: 30,000 tons of breadcrumb and batter mix products per year.

  • Estimated annual output value: approximately 450 million RMB, with profits and taxes of about 40 million RMB, creating employment for over 120 people.

 

The company is equipped with advanced production facilities and complete automated production lines. It implements stringent corporate product standards and a quality management system. Furthermore, it has obtained official Malaysian JAKIM Halal certification and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification, enabling its products to meet market demands in various countries and regions.
